I have this thought every year. Since this is the first year I've been blogging, I'll ask it here.

Do you want to increase voter turnout? Really increase it?

How about polling for federal elections at post-offices on April 15 (or the first weekday after the 15th)? I'd note that currently, election day is just about as far away from tax day as possible.
